Our mission
Sage & Gray was started in 2024 by Designer and previous VP of Design, Lindsay Mindler. Lindsay was born and raised in Rochester and spent most of her career in San Francisco, California, moving back to the Rochester area in 2022.
We're named after 2 very important people, Lindsay's children, Lincoln Gray and Kora Sage. Family is everything to us and when your children's names also happen to be colors, well...who could miss that opportunity to name the company after them?
Lindsay has spend over 17 years in the Design field, primary in tech, but always using every opportunity to do interior design in her spare time. After a near death experience it taught her that life is too short to not focus on what you love and she started Sage & Gray Design in early 2024.
